Plain language commitment

We use personal information to provide and improve RevenueIQ Agents. We do not sell your personal information.

01

Who we are

RevenueIQ Agents is a RevenueIQ service operating from the United Kingdom and serving businesses internationally. For the personal information described in this policy, RevenueIQ Agents acts as the data controller unless a separate client agreement states that we are processing information on a client’s behalf.

02

Information we collect

We may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website address, location, business type, enquiry volume, monthly revenue range, appointment preferences and any information you choose to provide in a form, message, call or consultation. We may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and interaction data.

03

AI Agent calls, chat and demonstrations

When you speak with Audrey or another RevenueIQ AI Agent, we may process the conversation, call metadata, messages, transcripts and outcomes needed to answer your questions, prepare a demonstration, arrange a consultation or improve the experience. Where a call may be recorded or transcribed, you will be informed through the relevant experience or at the start of the call. Please do not share sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have been asked to provide it.

04

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide AI Agent demonstrations, assess whether our services may suit your business, arrange consultations, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, maintain security, improve our website and communications, meet legal obligations and keep appropriate business records.

05

Our lawful bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving RevenueIQ Agents. You may withdraw consent at any time, although this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

06

Who receives your information

We may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, forms, calendars, customer relationship management, communications, voice and conversational AI, analytics, security and professional services. These may include LeadConnector and GoHighLevel services used to power forms, calendars, chat and voice experiences. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their role and must protect it under appropriate contractual terms.

07

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use recognised safeguards where required, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections, together with appropriate security measures.

08

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, our relationship with you, legal and accounting requirements, dispute management and security. Enquiry and demonstration information is reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

09

Cookies and similar technology

Our website and embedded services may use essential storage and similar technology to operate forms, calendars, preferences, security and AI Agent experiences. Analytics or marketing technology will be used only where permitted. You can manage browser settings, although blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

10

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can learn more about your rights or make a complaint through the Information Commissioner’s Office.

11

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information has been compromised.

12

Children

RevenueIQ Agents provides business services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through our business enquiry and demonstration services.

13

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal responsibilities change. The latest version will always appear on this page. For questions or rights requests, email contact@revenueiq.co.uk.
